Cambodia License Plate Recognition System

Developed a specialized license plate recognition system for Cambodian vehicles. Fine-tuned a YOLO-based segmentation and detection model to accurately locate license plates then segment the number and province regions. Integrated with OCR (PARSeq) for text recognition.
